Notartreuhandbank is a fully electronic special bank using state-of-the-art technology.
Together with the civil law notaries, it forms a closed user group. Unauthorised access by non-involved third parties to the bank's computer system is prevented.

A separate account is set up for the money held in escrow for you. Only the civil law notary and his duly authorised agent may arrange for transactions on that account. Authorised beneficiaries are designated when the account is opened. Trustors are automatically informed in writing about any transactions on their account. This guarantees that all flows of money remain transparent. You retain permanent control over disbursements, with instant and full information on every account transaction.
